Refund & Return Policy

At First Cuddle, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

-It must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging

-A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you:

-A prepaid return shipping label

-Instructions on how and where to send the item

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at firstcuddleau@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

-Sale or clearance items

-Gift cards

-Personal care products (e.g., lotions, wipes)

-Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
