This website is operated by First Cuddle. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to First Cuddle. We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always up to date or error-free.

All baby carriers must be used in accordance with the included instructions and safety guidelines. First Cuddle is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from improper use.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify or update prices at any time without notice.

We accept secure payments via Shopify’s approved methods (e.g. credit card, Afterpay, PayPal).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to high demand or external carrier issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our baby carriers are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

First Cuddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow usage instructions and check for defects prior to use.

9. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (linked separately).

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to check for updates.
