1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
-All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
-Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST may be processed on the following business day.
-Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.

4. Tracking Your Order
All parcels include tracking.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Orders may be shipped via Australia Post or other reputable courier services.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for:
-Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
-Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts
-Re-delivery charges if the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate and work with the courier to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
7. Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
